THE MISSION
How do you rebuild neighborhoods destroyed hurricane winds?

The mission of our organization was to develop a unique design
that was attractive, affordable and structurally safe. A home that
can be built anywhere on a standard size lot. A home design
that's flexible, adaptable and economical. A floor plan that
contained free flowing spaces, great spatial relationships and loftly
interiors. Rooms that have a lot of natural daylighting and vaulted
ceilings. A home that the average and exquisite home buyer could
both enjoy! 

CONTEMPORARY MODELS   
Chief Cornerstone Affordable Homes has a variety of models and
sizes to choose from. We have affordable homes for the low to
moderate income home buyer, homes for the moderate home
buyer and exquisite homes for the upper income home buyer. The
three categories are separated by size, interior design features and
price. The exterior front facade of two of the categories vary little in
appearance. This is why our affordable homes are in such high
demand.There are seven basic contemporary models to choose from. All of our models can be constructed using hurricane resistant
construction.

DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS
Chief Cornerstone Affordable Homes offers the following design
enhancements in part or in combinations: stucco with hardi-panel
or traditional brick, columned or pilaster entry, truncated base,
recessed entrance with clear story window, chandelier and tile
foyer. Vaulted ceiling great room or living room, open plan kitchen,
vaulted bedrooms, and indoor laundry. Some models feature
columned dining room with crown moulding, truncated interior
column bases and arched door ways. The above design features
"enhances" the basic house plan, giving each plan greater design
depth and character.

ENERGY SAVINGS

Energy Star is a government backed program helping many businesses and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency.
Research has discovered that the average family can save one third their normal electric bill using Energy Star rated appliances, construction methods and practices. Energy Star qualified new homes achieve their energy savings through a variety construction methods that are based upon the most recent  technological advances in the construction industry. 








  


 
HURRICANE RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION

Recent events in the United States hurricane regions has caused local jurisdictions to reexamine how the average residential structure is constructed. Various research groups are exploring new alternatives to ordinary conventional residential construction. We offer a creative, attractive and low cost affordable solution for the average home buyer.
