DESIGN QUALITY AND ENHANCEMENTSThe front exterior facade of all Chief Cornerstone Affordable
Homes (CCAH) have the same high end visual appeal.
CCAH has found a way to construct affordable homes so
that the low cost of the home does not diminish it's design
appeal. This is huge turn around from conventional home
designs. Visual character and contemporary style has been
incorporated into each of the seven models.
There are three basic categories for our homes -
Affordable, Economical and
Exquisite. All models within
each category, no matter their cost, have a modern
aesthetic appeal. The exterior facades may appear similar,
but the difference between the three categories is the
amount of exterior ornamentation is applied, exterior design
enhancements, interior decor and style and total amount of
square feet. The Bel Air, Westwood, Windsor and
Windemere models are designed to fit on the traditional
50 ft. wide lot. The basic design enhancements that are
included in the cost of all models are" vaulted ceilings in
main rooms and bedrooms, recessed arch entrance with
recessed down light, ornamental entrance lanterns on each
side of entrance, arched front windows, panelized entrance
door with side lights, clear story window, tile foyer with
chandelier, open plan kitchen and indoor laundry.
All three
categories can be built with conventional framing or
hurricane resistant construction.
